We’re pleased to invite you to our annual Customers in Vulnerable Situations Strategic Workshop. The session will be a chance to look back at our performance over the last year (2025/26), including how we’ve used our allowances to support customers in vulnerable circumstances.
We’ll also look ahead to GD3, sharing an overview of Ofgem’s proposals and NGN’s early thinking and priorities for the next price control period.
