This report outlines how NGN continue to listen to our future customer voice, and details each of the key topics discussed by the panel during the 5 sessions of 2024. It also captures the feedback from the YIC, and how NGN has acted upon this throughout the year, moving towards GD3.

Being heard as a young person is more difficult than ever, and our YIC believe they need to stand up and encourage the vocality of thoughts and interests. Often, problems such as the cost of living crisis are not considered for younger people.

Our YIC members really enjoy being part of the panel, and find it interesting to see how their ideas impact NGN, as well as how we respond to feedback. They really feel they have an opportunity to influence what Northern Gas Networks does.
