Objectives

We wanted to share our performance to date, as well as our GD3 consultation with our stakeholders to give them a chance to feedback on our plans and commitments.

The focus of this session was around capacity on the front line, but it was also a chance to explore future priorities, challenges, and opportunities with our stakeholders, to understand what they think our priorities should be for the next 12 months particularly in light of the current political and social climate.

Your comments & our responses

Sustainability

You said that immediate short term crisis support is needed with a consideration for longer term sustainability.

We have now adopted the Centres for Warmth model, with 6 centres established by March 2024.

Cost of living increases

You said there are concerns over bills and cost of living increases. You worry that energy use has significantly increased.

We have continued to work with trusted partners on projects that address energy efficiency and affordability, as well as income maximisation and benefits. There are also now 116 VCMA projects being delivered across the network.
