Moving into 2024, Northern Gas Networks is continuing to meet regularly with a wide variety of stakeholders. This regular engagement is key to gaining valuable feedback and insight about how we prioritise and move forward with our commitments. It also ensures that our strategic direction, continues to be in line with the needs of our customers in vulnerable situations.

Here is an overview of the agenda for this workshop:

  • Vulnerability Team and Business updates
  • GD3 consultation:
    • Overview of consultation process and NGN engagement plans
    • Overview of vulnerability focused questions asked by Ofgem
  • Jam board discussion – Thoughts around level of funding for GD3 period
  • Partner Spotlight – Grace Murray, South Tees Hospital
  • Breakout session – challenges with capacity and on the frontline
  • Summary and close
