We dedicated our November workshop to talk to our social partners and stakeholders about Inclusive Support Provision.
The key objective from this session, was to understand which groups we need to consider to ensure inclusivity, and think about some of the main barriers faced for marginalised communities. It was also an opportunity for us to share our Inclusivity & Vulnerability Impact Assessment Tool.
We also wanted to use the opportunity to give our stakeholders an update on the changes within the Vulnerability Team, and the wider business, and to host our guest presenters John Hanna from Scope and Kate Bushen and Karen Wilshaw from Citizens Advice Sheffield who showcased the Inclusive Support Provision from both the client and service provider’s perspectives.

We are developing a suite of videos around PSR, CO and Energy efficiency advice.

NGN already do this via the incident app and current incident procedures.
