We dedicated our March workshop to talk to our social partners and stakeholders about supporting our customers through a just and fair transition to net zero.
The key objective from this session, was to understand how we can support our customers through a just and fair transition to net zero, and think about what more our partners can do to fulfil their role in the transition to net zero?
We also wanted to use the opportunity to give our stakeholders an update on the changes within the Vulnerability Team, and the wider business, and to host our guest presenters Ella Pinder, Vulnerability Policy Manager from Northern Powergrid who provided an overview of the Energy Choices Tool.
