Moving into 2023, Northern Gas Networks is continuing to meet regularly with a wide variety of stakeholders. This regular engagement is key to gaining valuable feedback and insight about how we prioritise and move forward with our commitments. It also ensures that our strategic direction, continues to be in line with the needs of our customers in vulnerable situations.
We will be hosting a CIVS Hot Topic Workshop on the theme of Financial Hardship on Tuesday 7th February 2023 at 10am.
At this workshop, we will be looking to cover the following:
Philip Wilby, Financial Inclusion Manager from Wakefield District Housing will also be attending as the Partner Spotlight for this workshop.
We’d be delighted if you could join us at this Customers in Vulnerable Situations workshop, which will be held via Zoom. There will be plenty of opportunities to contribute to these areas of discussion, and for you to continue to shape our plans.
