To explore our relationships with gas shippers and suppliers, to better understand their priorities and identify opportunities for more effective collaboration.

Providing 33 shippers and 61 suppliers with clear information to  re-introduce them  to our team and remind them who to contact for specific enquiries.

Identifying opportunities to add value to the complete customer journey such as our Disconnections team informing  suppliers of gas supply status following live/dead checks.

Lack of awareness of role that NGN is playing in supporting meter installers and suppliers with smart meter roll outs.

Our agile metering team is looking at ways to keep shippers and suppliers regularly updated with progress.  We have a smart metering feature planned for our next all stakeholder e-bulletin, which is sent to more than 3,500 stakeholders including gas shippers and suppliers.
